Dr Nirmala Ponnuthurai received her Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) from Manipal University, India and obtained the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (MRCPCH) membership in the UK in 2011.
In 2016, she attained Paediatric Dermatology Subspecialty Training at Hospital Kuala Lumpur and at Westmead Children’s Hospital Sydney in 2018.
Currently, she is practising at Hospital Tunku Azizah, Kuala Lumpur and is an honorary lecturer at University Putra Malaysia (UPM).
