Graduated with a Medical Degree from University Sains Malaysia in 1987, she completed her medical postings in all disciplines in Seremban Hospital (Hospital Tuanku Jaafar) and Teluk Intan Hospital.
Received her Master in Obstetrics and Gynaecology from UKM in 1996.
Dr Norleen was a pioneer in setting up AVISENA from its inception in 1997 as well as the O&G Department. She was also our first Medical Director, a post she held until 2011.
