Specialist Background

Dr Hanani has extensive experience in Orthopaedic Surgery with a special focus on arthroscopy and sports surgery.

She graduated from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), obtaining her Medical Degree in 2006 and Masters in Orthopaedic and Traumatology in 2016. With a strong interest in joint and sports-related conditions, Dr Hanani pursued further subspecialty training, completing a Clinical Fellowship in Knee, Hip and Shoulder at Croxi-Rousse Hospital, Lyon, France, in 2022. She also undertook advanced training in Shoulder Arthroscopy, Arthroplasty and Sports Surgery at Bezmialem Vakif University, Istanbul, Turkiye.

In 2024, she further strengthened her expertise with a Fellowship in Arthroscopy and Sports Surgery under the Ministry of Health Malaysia.
