Dr. Wan Syazween earned her Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MBBCh) from the University of Cardiff, United Kingdom in 2011. She obtained her Membership of the Royal College of Physicians (MRCP) in Internal Medicine from the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland in 2016. She further pursued her specialization, successfully completing the Specialty Certificate Examination in Dermatology at the Royal College of Physicians, UK, in 2020. Following that, in 2021, she was awarded an Advanced Master of Dermatology from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia.
In addition to her dermatology expertise, Dr. Wan Syazween holds a Certification in Aesthetic Medicine from the International Institute of Wellness & Aesthetic Medicine (IIWAM) (2022). She has obtained a Board Certification Examination in Aesthetic Medicine from the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine, Orlando, Florida in November 2024. Recently, she has completed a laser fellowship programme in Ramathibodi Laser Training Centre, Bangkok, Thailand in January 2025. She has also received Chapter 2 Letters of Credentialing and Priviledging on Aesthetic Medicine from MoH.
